We find teaching Krav Maga to be an extremely rewarding experience, with all instructors having taught techniques that have actually worked for practitioners in the real world. We teach from all walks of life, including but not limited to serving police officers, military/ex-military personnel, students, NHS staff, builders, dentists, hairdressers, mechanics, IT professionals, solicitors, and many other professions. Our instructors also include victims of domestic violence, and other violent crime survivors. We only ask that you have a desire to be able to protect yourself. We leave our ego at the door, which helps create special bonds between students and instructors that can grow into lasting friendships, all whilst we learn to protect and defend ourselves. This means the club is a special place to be, building members up, improving overall physical wellbeing, as well as improving mental health, by giving people the confidence to protect themselves and their loved ones.
