Krav Maga is an increasingly popular self defence system that has its roots in the Israeli Military but today is adopted as the system of choice for military and law enforcement units across the globe. Adapted for civilian use Krav Maga is suitable for men and women, the old and the young, the athlete and the man on the street. It's about not getting hurt in a violent situation and more importantly building a skill set that could help protect both you and your family and loved ones. The training is as lifelike and as realistic as possible (whilst at all times being extremely safe) developing awareness, tactics, fitness and fighting skills, all whilst having a great time in a safe and welcoming club environment.
Our classes are for all levels of experience:
Monday in Redditch 7.30pm - 9.30pm | Tuesday in Worcester 8.00pm - 10.00pm | Wednesday in Droitwich 7.30pm - 9.30pm.
Krav Systems is one of the UK's oldest and most established Krav Maga schools, we run classes across Worcestershire. Our trained instructors Adam Tricklebank and John Browning believe in a friendly and personal approach to building confidence and fittness through the Krav Maga system.
Krav Maga is a highly effective self defence system, it is easy to learn and very easy to retain. The system is based on the body's natural reflexes and reactions, meaning should you encounter a real life violent situation, your body will tell you how to start and Krav maga will help you finish it.
