Our most popular way to start is our 3 Foundation lessons, these are integrated into our regular training sessions. Our aim is to make sure you leave with real world skills from the very first session, Krav Maga is very easy to learn and retain and everybody can do it, because unlike most systems, Krav Maga adapts itself to the students then we look to enhance those abilities to give you improved fitness, improved mental alertness, improved physical strength as well as the confidence to know you can save yourself and your loved ones should the need arise.
Combat Keystones 4 week course:
Our Combat Keystones course is the perfect place to become the master of your own self defence journey. No previous experience required and your level of fitness doesn't matter. Part one designed to immediately give some all round skills that are tried and tested and easy to learn. Starting off with military combatives, it is fast paced and fun then moving on but not limited to unarmed assailant, escapes, preventions, multiple attackers and armed assailants. Once completed you will then be eligible to join our regular training, where you can practise and perfect your new skills. Please register for more information.
Next steps
Once you have completed either our Foundations or full on Combat Keystones 4 week course, you now should be eligible to train with us in our regular sessions
