Instructors

The instructors for Krav Systems are all highly professional and have first-hand experience in the fields that they teach.

All the instructors have military, police, prison service or private security operational experience, or a combination of the above and all are qualified first aiders.

Our Krav Maga instructors have all completed the International Krav Maga Federation civilian self defence instructor’s course, and are members of the British Combat Association, and also are on the register of self protection instructors.

    The IKMF civilian self defence instructor’s course is a comprehensive and very demanding 180 hours plus study programme. It is one of the toughest courses in the martial arts. The course is physically very intensive, with 8 hours of hard physical training every day plus lectures and teaching practise. This is what makes IKMF instructors the best in the business.

The course finishes with three intensive tests: A written exam, a teaching test and an assessment of the potential instructor's Krav Maga ability.
