Classes

Krav Systems is based in the West Midlands (UK) in the UK and as such this is where our regular classes are conducted. Classes have been running since 2005.

This is a standard Krav Maga self defence class. This class covers basic striking skills, such as punches, kicks, knees and elbows. It also covers escaping from holds and grabs and basic defences against weapons threats and attacks. There are some pressure drills and fitness training but this class is aimed at beginners and is suitable for all. This class is especially suitable for women as an introduction to Krav Maga, or for basic self defence. No specialist equipment is required.

This class is an intermediate class and is not suitable for total beginners. It will probably be fine for people with martial arts experience or after a couple of months training at a Defensive Tactics Class. If you wish to attend this class please consult with the instructors as to the suitability of this class for you. The fitness and skill level of the participants is quite high and the class concentrates on fighting skills, drills and advanced techniques. You will need specialist equipment for this class due to the increase in the level of contact used: 16oz boxing gloves, gum shield, groin protector, shin guards and grappling gloves. All equipment is available from the instructors at a below RRP rate.
