About Us

Krav Systems is a consultancy that teaches self defence, conflict resolution, fitness and fighting skills as well as other personal safety skills such as First Aid. Our core system of defensive tactics is Krav Maga.  Our motto is "Combat Proven" because all of our instructors have real operational experience in the military, police or security.

We are based in the West Midlands (UK) and this is where our regular training is conducted. We are happy to travel nationally to your venue or work place to conduct training if you have specific requirements that are not met by our regular training or if you want bespoke training for your business, group or club

If you live in the West Midlands you are very welcome to join our regular classes, whatever your experience or fitness as there is a class for all ability levels. Please see our classes page for further information. We also conduct regular seminars and courses around the Midlands. These will be on the courses and news pages.
